His career began as a project manager for Beer Construction in 1986 before he moved on toTransport Canada where he held the roles of Maintenance Coordinator, Environmental Analyst and Maintenance Manager. at GTAA (Greater Toronto Airports Authority) before moving on to being the Maintenance Project Lead Consultant at Data Stream. He has designed and implemented maintenance strategy based on best practices and reengineered maintenance to be more of a reactive than proactive plant organization.
